QuickSuper is our online portal that allows you to make super payments to all your employees at once, even if they’re not with Mine Super. To find out more about QuickSuper give us a call to speak with a member of our team on 13 64 63.

Enter contributions

You can do this by entering data manually online, or uploading a .csv file. You’ll find a template and specification guide for .csv files within the QuickSuper portal.

Review

Check the totals are correct and submit.

Authorise

If required, the payment details will go into a workflow to be approved by an authorised person within your business.

Pay to QuickSuper

Money can be transferred to QuickSuper in two ways:

Direct debit: QuickSuper will automatically debit the total amount from your nominated account on the scheduled date.
EFT: QuickSuper will provide you with a BSB, account number, reference number and total amount to pay. You’ll need to use these to make a payment by logging into your own bank accounts website.

Deposit

QuickSuper will send super and remittance advice to the appropriate funds.
