How to pay super contributions

Enter contributions

You can do this by entering data manually online, or uploading a .csv file. You'll find a template and specification guide for .csv files within the QuickSuper portal.

Review

Check the total contribution amounts and classifications (super guarantee, salary sacrifice or employer voluntary) are correct and submit.

Authorise

If required, the payment details will go into a workflow to be approved by an authorised person within your business.

Pay to QuickSuper

QuickSuper will provide you with a BSB, account number, reference number and total amount to pay. You’ll need to use these to make an Electronic Funds Transfer by logging into your bank’s website.

Deposit

QuickSuper will send super and contribution information to the appropriate super funds.
