Exciting news! We’re going digital.

As your super fund, we’re required to send you specific information relating to your account – things like periodic statements, material product changes, transaction confirmations and additional information you request. Over the coming months, we’re getting ready to send these types of communications digitally, rather than via paper.

Why are we making the change?

Each year, we print and post thousands of letters confirming account transactions as well as periodic statements for all members. Going digital means a faster, easier and more environmentally friendly way to get information to you and, best of all, we’ll save members’ money by reducing how much we spend on paper and postage.

Latest update

As we transition to digital communications, you can now manage your communication preferences via your online account. You can nominate how you want to receive information from us at any time. Simply log in and go to ‘My Profile’ and select 'My Details' where you’ll see the ‘Communications Preferences’ section. We’ll continue to provide updates as and when they’re available, so check back here or via your online account.

What does this mean for you?

Take a look at these helpful FAQs which cover all the details about how we’ll make the transition to digital.

What type of information will be sent digitally?

There are three main types of information which we’ll send digitally.

  1. Periodic statements.
  2. Important information about your account which can include Significant Event Notices or other updates about our products, fees and services.
  3. Confirmation of transactions.

Where will this information be sent?

We’re going to publish these communications straight to your online account inbox. This way you’ll have quick and easy access, whenever it suits you.

How will I know there is something for me?

For communications like your annual statement and important information about your account, such as Significant Event Notices, we’ll contact you to let you know when the document is available in your online account inbox.

Confirmation of transactions, which will start with investment switch confirmations, will be published direct to your online account. We won’t notify you separately that these are in your online account inbox.

When something is published to your online account inbox, you will see a notification in your inbox. See screenshot below.

Does this include marketing information?

No. We already send information to members such as our quarterly newsletter via email. To stop receiving these communications, you simply unsubscribe. You can’t unsubscribe from receiving the important communications we’ll send digitally, but you can choose to receive them via the post.

What if you don’t have my email address?

You can provide us your email address over the phone or by simply registering for online account access. This way, you can update your contact details and have immediate access to things like your account balance, insurance information and other important features.

If we don’t have your email when we start sending these communications digitally, we may get in touch to ask for your email address. Until we receive this, you will continue to receive this information via the post. 

However, you won't receive confirmations of transactions via the post unless you nominate 'paper' as your communication preference.

I prefer paper. How do I receive this information via the post?

You can let us know anytime by calling us on 13 64 63. You can also manage your communication preferences through your online account. Just log in and under ‘My Profile’ select 'My Details' to nominate which type of communication you’d like to receive digitally or via post (i.e. paper).

With your Mine Super online account, you have easy, immediate access to your account – 24/7.

To access your online account, log in using your email address or member number, and password.
