Ms Abraham holds an Executive Master of Business Administration and an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning.

David BellChief Investment OfficerMr Bell is a senior executive focused on investment management and retirement outcomes. He has 19 years’ experience in investments, portfolio management, retirement outcomes and risk management. He is studying towards a PhD on investment management and is a frequent industry commentator.
Mr Bell holds a Bachelor of Mathematics (Applied Mathematics and Statistics) from the University of Newcastle and a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University. He is currently a PhD candidate at the University of New South Wales, his thesis work having application to improving the design of superannuation funds.

Dr Adrian ColquhounCHIEF TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION OFFICERDr Colquhoun is a senior executive who has held multiple roles as an experienced consultant, author and software entrepreneur. He brings over 18 years of information technology and software experience to the Group. During this time, Dr Colquhoun founded and led start ups and consultancies in both the UK and Australia.
Dr Colquhoun holds postgraduate qualifications in management, software engineering and environmental science in addition to multiple technology qualifications and certifications.

Steve GrantCHIEF ADMINISTRATION OFFICERMr Grant is a senior executive whose working career has predominantly been in the financial services sector, with a focus on superannuation, where he has held numerous senior management and executive roles.
He holds qualifications in superannuation, customer management and organisational leadership. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, having completed the Company Directors Course and is a Fellow of ASFA.

Nicole KillenChief Governance and Risk OfficerMrs Killen is a senior executive whose working career has been in the financial services industry, focusing on superannuation. She has held a number of executive positions, including as head of an industry superannuation fund, in fund operations, business relationship and development, fund administration management, consulting, governance and secretariat management. She has also served as a director on a superannuation board.
Mrs Killen is currently studying for a Masters of Organisational Leadership through the University of Melbourne (Melbourne Business School). She holds the Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance through the Governance Institute of Australia and also has qualifications in superannuation management and customer service and management. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, having completed the Company Directors Course and is a Fellow of ASFA.

Mr Nair has a strong background in law and corporate finance, having also held roles across operations, strategy, marketing, communications and risk related functions at some of Australia’s largest financial institutions.
Mr Nair holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hon), Bachelor of Commerce, Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and an Executive Master of Business Administration. He is admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW as a solicitor, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has achieved a Certificate of Business Excellence from the Haas School of Business, U.C.
